Pizza with friends...really excellent

We booked inspired by the positive reviews, but Bisco' even exceeded our expectations. Attentive and very friendly staff. There was a nice atmosphere in the place and everything we ate, from pizza to meat, was simply divine. We will definitely be back!

A stone's throw from nearby San Foca but far enough from the pretentious coastal restaurateurs, we appreciated the pizzas, the pieces of horse meat that melted deliciously in the mouth, the ciceri and tria with an unusual fungal nuance. The only complaint was the chatter coming from the numerous tables, but it was Friday, probably a busy day. However, the wait for the dishes was minimal, the bill was correct.

Welcoming environment, courteous and attentive service, varied and complete menu, excellent pizzas! A mix of quality and attention! Highly recommended!

Little pearl in Melendugno. We went there twice. Local restaurant offering exceptional pizzas. The cheese and charcuterie platter was perfect for three people. Local beers and wines available

welcoming, attention to detail, very nice and attentive staff. A nice dinner. We took mixed appetizers, a mixed platter, fried food (hot, crunchy and prepared by hand) then pizza, a first course and two second courses of meat cooked very well. Adequate value for money. I will gladly return.

Locale nel centro del paese con spazio interno ed esterno, luci basse, archi a volta come nei più classici ambienti salentini. Menù eletrronico prevalentemente di terra e pizza. Abbiamo preso la pizza che già dai nomi stuzzica la curiosità e sul piatto è una gioia per il palato: cottura perfetta, condimento saporitissimo con abbinamenti indovinatissimi e materia prima di qualità, prezzo onestissimo. Servizio veloce. Consigliato per cene fra amici o in famiglia

Locale che non conoscevo e mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso. Internamente molto bello e curato, nelle sere d'estate si cena nell'ampio spazio esterno (consiglio di abbassare la luminosità dei led perché le luci risultano un pò troppo forti). Antipasti ottimi e abbondanti (da urlo le particolari bruschette), primi sfiziosi e carne ben cotta e saporita. Meritevole anche il piatto di zoccolette alla nutella come dessert. Prezzi giusti e servizio impeccabile, ci torneremo quanto prima.
