Restaurant located on a side street on Corso Umberto I in Modica. Small but very well-kept place with the possibility of dining outside under the mini gazebo. The chef offers various traditional dishes from Ragusa with the addition of a touch of customisation. Our attention was focused on the second courses and specifically on the swordfish and pistachio sea bream accompanied by French fries and green and grape salad. The quality is truly top (as are the portions). All washed down with glasses of Ispica. To finish I tasted the almond sorbet (a delight). Congratulations, keep it up.

Very nice place in the centre, excellent service, qualified and helpful staff. The food is very good, fresh fish. Compliments to the chef.

Ce petit restaurant nous a régalés. Nous y avons fait halte pour le déjeuner. Je dois avouer que les pâtes aux crevettes et au pesto de pistache sont dans mon top 3 de tous les restaurants où nous sommes allés durant nos vacances. Tous les plats que nous avons pris étaient excellents ! De l'entrée au dessert ! Je le recommande les yeux fermés ! Foncez !

We ordered the tuna with pistachio and pasta, it was incredible! The service 10 points! The food is made fresh and it shows! I wouldn't hesitate to return

Ristorante piccolo ma accogliente e ben curato. Si mangia benissimo e i proprietari sono molto professionali e simpatici. Piatti tipici locali abbondanti e ben presentati. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

slightly off-centre venue which however turned out to be an exquisite choice. generous portions, with quality ingredients and very well presented. the owner (who also acted as our chef) was very kind and welcoming. the fact that he both served us and prepared the dishes at the same time was certainly a plus that made our dinner even better!!

We went to eat at this place because we were on a school trip. Very nice and comfortable environment both inside and outside, kind and courteous staff.. very good food and generous portions. If we come to Modica again it will be one of our future stops.❤️

22/07/2024: Very good Sicilian meal at a modest price, the staff is welcoming and very kind. The boss explains to us at the table the dishes available, typically Sicilian recipes. The octopus caponata is delicious, the veal is tender and well prepared. Very generous portions.
16/07/2024: Amazing!!! Wonderfully cool (in all senses) dining room - with almost all locals. And why wouldn’t they! Very reasonable priced, fabulous food - and IMHO - the best cream Catalan I’ve had ever. Delicious cheap local wine, friendly multilingual staff - and wonderful pasta - so elegant yet hearty. Great atmosphere, great food, great wine - small bill. Highly recommended

04/07/2024: Fuori dalle rotte turistiche abbiamo scoperto questa chicca: merita la salita a Modica alta. Ottima scelta di vini e cocktails accompagnati da pietanze semplici ma ben preparate e gustose. Il piatto aperitivo basta per la cena, le porzioni abbondanti in un piatto con 4 assaggi che possono avere variazioni giornaliere. Personale eccezionale ci una gestione che ti fa sentire accolto. Bravissimi.
28/05/2024: Good wines, a little far from the center (all uphill) however I recommend it
