A beautiful place! I return often. The manager, Khalid, is always very kind and professional. The staff is qualified, the place is very clean, smells great, with relaxing music and plenty of prosecco.

This time for a sit-down aperitif. The food was very good, prices were reasonable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. I said this time because the previous time I went for a beer or a drink was terrible: overpriced and the paper cups were completely out of place. Has anything changed?

LOCATED INSIDE BARTON PARK, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT WHERE YOU CAN EAT TYPICAL UMBRIAN PRODUCTS. THE ROOM HAS A LARGE WINDOW WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE PARK WHERE YOU CAN RELAX WITH COMFORTABLE DECKCHAIRS. THE STARTER IS EXCELLENT AND VARIED, THE FIRST COURSES ARE NO LESS. FAST SERVICE AND KIND AND ATTENTIVE STAFF, EXCELLENT FOR SPENDING A TASTY AND QUIET DAY.

The place has its charm as it is located in the middle of Barton Park, a green expanse in a park full of well-kept lawns, paths and various services. As for the cafeteria, there is not a huge choice and variety of food to accompany but an acceptable variety of cakes and biscuits. The coffee offered is a 100% Arabica Vergnano. The coffee is freshly ground; the filter purge is always done; nevertheless the extraction of the espresso was not the best, the crema was not very elastic and very thin which in a few seconds revealed the blackness of the underlying coffee. The taste was unfortunately pungently bitter. Even the cappuccino didn't impress me, despite being made of soya, the foam was too thin and not very creamy as well as full of bubbles, indicative of a bad froth and the underlying liquid not mixed at all and separated from the coffee, indicative of an incorrect execution technique. The cups did not have an adequate temperature, in fact the drinks inside cooled instantly. Another small negative note is on the service; the tables, especially the external ones, remain dirty and full of previous drinks for too long and several times I have had to sit and eat at tables full of cups and saucers with leftovers because they were not cleared by the internal service.
