Birroteca Castiglionese In Castiglione della pescaia

Passing through Castiglione, I popped into this beer shop one evening. I found courtesy and kindness in the staff, excellent beer and spectacular fries.

Small, cozy bistro with friendly and motivated service. Delicious pizzas that are bigger than the plate. Large selection of beers, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy them because I was there by car. We'll be back to try the burgers!! Update: Meanwhile, we also enjoyed the burgers...they were delicious. And again the service was first class, very friendly and attentive. My tip: If you are in Castiglione, go to Birroteca Castiglionese and enjoy the service and excellent food at a good price!!!

One of the few places in Castiglione where I found courtesy, professionalism and excellent food. After the rain that characterized the day, I looked for a place to eat something quick and be able to return to the hotel but, in the surrounding area, I found pizzerias and clubs that left me waiting without even asking me if I needed anything. Staff who walked past me as if I were a ghost. Luckily I arrived at the Birroteca where Silvia, with her marked resourcefulness, made me sit down and advised me on what to taste. I went out to eat a quick pizza but then I was tempted by the wonderful sandwiches with pizza dough, chips, breaded and fried mozzarella...And what do you do when they recommend a good liqueur? Why not try 3 different ones. Silvia really knows her stuff! Despite the weather, the dinner ended excellently. I recommend it for those who love beer, they really have a wide choice, and for those who want to spend a pleasant evening... even watching some sport on TV!! Top... I'll come back to try the pizza.. as long as I don't get convinced with other tasty dishes 😜

Very nice pub with outdoor tables. Service was fast and the staff were courteous. We got the pizza and were happy. Excellent value for money 👍
