The staff is friendly, the owner is an attentive and thoughtful host. The quality of the dishes is excellent: pulled pork and parmigiana are absolutely worth trying. I also really like the pastrami. Don't underestimate the pizzas! The pizza with pulled pork is really tasty!

Authentic and tasty experience at BIM’s in Induno Olona! Already a loyal customer at the previous location, the change is proving to be a plus. Spacious and air-conditioned inside, large and comfortable outdoor area. Ordered the fantastic pulled pork, served with skill, very tender and well seasoned, accompanied by an amber Lambrate beer that enhanced the smoky flavors of the meat with its strong but balanced character. Next, I tried the salted meat, a less common dish but rich in flavor, with that well-balanced savory note that marries perfectly with a Guinness with a toasted and enveloping body. The place shows particular attention to beer-food pairings, a detail that really makes the difference. The selected craft beers are a strong point, capable of enhancing each course with intelligence and originality. The environment at BIM’s is welcoming but with character: a perfect balance between rustic and modern, with wooden furnishings, warm lights and a convivial atmosphere that invites you to relax. Ideal for both an informal dinner and an evening with friends. You can feel the passion in the setting and attention to detail, from the menu to the presentation of the dishes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and present without ever being intrusive. It is clear that they love what they do: ready to advise on both dishes and beers, always with a smile. My friend and I spent a very pleasant and cool summer evening. Welcoming location, both outside and inside, delicious food. We took two sandwiches and were satisfied, the ingredients were of excellent quality and the prices were not that high considering that, in addition to the sandwiches with their respective sides, we ordered two cans of coke, a glass of wine and a coffee and we paid €20 each, fair! Well done!

Abbiamo cenato un sabato sera con degli amici. Servizio preciso e rapidissimo, e ci ha colpito che si siano resi conto che una delle pizze era troppo cotta e l'abbiano rifatta senza che nemmeno lo chiedessimo. L'unica "pecca" è stata la fatica a conversare a causa della musica alta e la confusione, ma credo fosse per la posizione del tavolo perché ci siamo già stati altre volte e non abbiamo avuto questo problema. Pizze buonissime!

Siamo andati per curiosità, essendo della zona, ed è stata una vera sorpresa. Abbiamo preso due hamburger e una picanha e devo dire che la carne era di ottima qualità, cotta nel modo giusto e presentata molto bene. Il servizio è stato gentile e presente. Il locale sembra un pub (non so se sia l’allestimento del vecchio Excalibur) e non stona con la selezione di cibi proposti. Il conto è stato in linea con la qualità del cibo e ci sta. Torneremo sicuramente per provare la pizza!
