Un piccolo birrificio ma di grande qualità, le birre artigianali fatte da loro sono ciascuna a suo modo interessanti e piacevoli, le ho assaggiate tutte durante le varie visite che ho fatto al Bim's e mi sono piaciute, naturalmente vanno abbinate al piatto giusto ma credo che con il pulled pork stiano tutte bene, beh a pensarci meglio anche con le alette di pollo le loro birre si abbinano tutte... mah... a questo punto credo che la questione vada approfondita, dovrò ritornare per una verifica sul posto dopo di che vi farò sapere i risultati della mia ricerca, se nel frattempo volete fare qualche "ricerca" per conto vostro consiglio sempre di prenotare perchè il locale è bello ma di dimensioni compatte.

I discovered BIM'S by chance and I must say that it is a succulent discovery in every sense!!! Excellent food, excellent and varied beers and nice and friendly staff. To be recommended and to return again and again!

On an evening full of hope I found myself almost condemned to having to see a good friend in one of those little clubs with crazy music, a modern environment, dull waitresses and cocktails costing over 20 euros. At the last minute I remembered this place (thanks Doc) and came here. The beer was exceptional, three 20cc tasting glasses, blonde, fruity and red, one really better than the other. We got the smashed hamburger, the bread, the first thing your teeth bite, it's like meeting a smiling stewardess on a plane, when you get to the meat you discover that the seats are wide, reclining, the TV is showing South Park and you have a free refill of whatever you want to drink. There is no free refill of drinks, it was an example but WHAT A SANDWICH!!!! The potatoes that accompanied it were unique, freshly cut and cooked covered in spices like a warm blanket. There are no covers, this is also an example. In the end we decided to try the frittini and gentlemen... I can't make a proper metaphor on the taste of those breaded and fried pulled pork poplets because we would go directly to the VM18 but if you have to make conquests, bring yours here to eat those meatballs. No, I don't guarantee you will conquer it but MY GOD SO GOOD! The pride of the service, the waitress who was kind but without seeming fake or anything else, even changed the music, an unthinkable psotify playlist worthy of a fourth grade in a Rock compilation worthy of all of us strays, poets and dreamers. Don't miss this place because it would be like...ok, then there are too many metaphors and the place doesn't need them. Go there!!!
