Birreria l'Antipapa In Fondi

My first experience at this place was by chance, but I have to say I was really surprised. The appetizers were excellent, as I'm allergic to lactose. They recommended an excellent March carpaccio served with truffle-flavored mayonnaise, a 10 out of 10. The chicken cacciatore was also delicious. Given the quality of the food, they could be a little more daring with the price, which is totally deserved. The place is truly welcoming and excellently clean and tidy, things I look for in any place. The open kitchen is truly an added touch, in addition to the truly welcoming location. Absolutely a 10 out of 10 for the kindness of the staff and the smile as soon as you enter, it definitely gets you off to a good start, highly recommended 💎💎💎

We had dinner with friends and I was enchanted by this restaurant, the cuisine is top-notch, made with quality ingredients. The staff is courteous and professional (the restaurant manager Tamara is a real show-stopper). I highly recommend trying it.

Under new management: great location both inside and out. Good service, friendly and efficient staff. The food is all good, generous portions, and reasonably priced. Recommended! 👍

A historic venue, beautifully renovated. The staff is young and cheerful. The menu is a bit limited, but the quality dishes are well-presented and carefully crafted. The venue isn't particularly child-friendly, either due to the food or the space. Prices are average, around €40 per person for an appetizer, a main course, and a beer. On the right track to excellence, we'll be back.

Locale storico rinfrescato benissimo. Personale gioviale e giovane. Menù un po' ristretto nella scelte, ma piatti di qualità con ottimi abbinamenti, si vede che sono pensati e studiati. Locale non molto adatto ai bambini, ne per la proposta di cucina, ne per lo spazio. Prezzi nella media, possiamo dire sui 40 euro a persona per antipasto, primo e una birra. Sulla strada giusta per eccellere, torneremo.

The best meal we had in Fondi! We came here for dinner and had the gnocchi with the zucchini Nerano sauce (pictured), and the brasato (in a wine sauce) with potato puree (not pictured because we ate it so quickly!), which was so soft and flavorful!!! For dessert we had the zuppa inglese and eclair (both pictured) - wonderful! The quality is so high and everything was elegantly plated too, and the prices were very reasonable. The chefs are top notch, service was very kind and attentive, and even their vintage pop music soundtrack was great! 5 stars, we're definitely coming back!

Excellent place in the center of Fondi. High quality products expertly cooked, service a little slow but discreet. Good value for money

Very nice place, the owners are young and you have to trust them, but let's say they are on the right track... many of the dishes are really excellent, the "panzanella" is spectacular, and the waitress is very kind and friendly...
