"A welcoming and beautiful place in the heart of Martina Franca. The food is excellent: tasty and well-prepared burgers, tender chicken strips, and authentically flavored meatballs. Discovered thanks to Lonely Planet's Puglia guide, this Martina Franca spot won us over immediately. The atmosphere is fresh and youthful, perfect for an aperitivo with friends. We opted for bombette and craft beer, both delicious. The menu offers a good variety of dishes and drinks. Recommended!

Serata con amici. Ci siamo fermati per caso ed abbiamo chiesto un aperitivo. Il cibo meraviglioso. Ottime le polpette di pulled pork. Saporito da morire il sugo. Da bravi professionisti abbiamo spazzolato tutto. Unica nota dolente i cocktail non particolarmente alcolici ma, per il resto, non ci possiamo lamentare. Ottimo anche il prezzo. Adeguato a quello che abbiamo mangiato. Ci torneremo.

Non fate la guerra, fate l'amore con le bombette di questo locale. Le abbiamo mangiate fatte al momento - sepur era già tardi per il pranzo - con la gentilezza delle spiegazioni sulla tradizione e gli ingredienti che ci ha dato la titolare. Chiuse a perfezione, piccole come pasticcini che ti chiedi come si fa a farle. Mani esperte e una carne morbida cotta a puntino dentro e fuori. Mmm...che bontà!

24/09/2025: We had two wonderful evenings there: delicious food, delicious wine, and excellent value for money. Beautifully located in the old town, with very friendly, English-speaking service!
12/09/2025: This is the second year I'm returning to this restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. The appetizer, first course, and second course are all delicious. The cuisine is typical of the area. Without spending a fortune along the Salento coast, I recommend this restaurant. My only suggestion is to have a slightly more varied selection for the children's menu.

Cibando Food Experience

01/10/2025: We stopped for a late supper and were pleasantly surprised by the modern take on Apulian cuisine at this restaurant. We had 2 dishes, one dark focaccia with ricotta and thinly sliced pumpkin, another was an octopus dish with chicory. Both were delicious and the service was very good. Compliments to the team.
09/09/2025: A very welcoming and quaint bistro in one of Martina Franca's main squares. Here we sampled various panellini, toasted sandwiches, and brioche: in my opinion, the best in Puglia. The leavened pastries are the location's highlight, with a special mention for the carbo-toast, chocolate and hazelnut bread with truffle butter and soft cheese. Not to mention the dessert of French toast, fior di latte gelato, and fresh fruit. Bold, explosive flavors that go straight to the heart. Thanks Vincenzo!
