Dinner with generous, excellent-quality dishes; two factors that more than justify the price. Those who complain about the high prices fail to appreciate the true value of the quality of the dishes served. Exceptional beer. Very courteous and fast service. The only flaw is the annoying reverberation, caused by poorly trained technicians who didn't recommend soundproofing materials like raw clay during the renovation.

01/10/2025: The place has a very rustic atmosphere, with an open kitchen. The piadina tastes good, but its composition is a bit sloppy: it's folded haphazardly, and many of the ingredients end up falling out, leaving only the empty piadina in some places. It's possible to have it exchanged, but for such minor defects, it doesn't make much sense. With a little more attention to detail, it could be truly excellent.
