A wonderful experience. I've already been there twice. The location is stunning, spacious, and the staff are excellent. The food is delicious, with generous portions, but their beer is spectacular. Five stars is not enough for me. I'll definitely be back again!

We went for dinner after almost two years of living here in Carate and having passed by, and I must say, we'll definitely be back often. The place is large and industrial in style, the wait staff is friendly and polite, the service is quick (despite the place being almost full), and the food is excellent, carefully prepared, and very tasty. The beer is really good. Prices are average. We had a really good time and spent a truly enjoyable couple of hours!

First and foremost: The beers are exceptional! A top-quality brewery/pub, a welcoming space with an industrial yet well-maintained style, nothing is left to chance. Despite the capacity to accommodate many customers, the place is never rowdy. The staff are always very friendly, attentive, and helpful. As mentioned before, the beers are truly excellent and have a variety to suit every palate. The food is equally excellent; we tried both meat dishes and pizza. I have to praise the Scrocchiarella, a divine "alla pala" pizza. Crispy on the outside, soft and light on the inside, topped with equally high-quality ingredients. If you're looking for a night out with friends or a romantic getaway, or even just a quick beer, you absolutely must stop by Birificio Gaia. Well done to all the staff!!

Very good beers, with a good variety. The shop is well-stocked with packaging. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but overall it's well-maintained. Overall, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food. We ordered the mixed fried appetizer and a "scrocchiarella," essentially a sliced ​​pizza for 2-3 people. The dough seemed okay, but it was hard to digest.

Many different types of beer, some excellent, like the Xmas. On the other hand, the staff is distracted and not very friendly. It's a very large place, perhaps a little cold.
