11/11/2024: For lunch we shared a house starter: it's been years since I tried so many excellent cold cuts all together. Orange loin, Angus carpaccio with truffle and amazing frico with goose ham. The fettuccine with rabbit sauce, mint and pine nuts and the walnut sauce for the gnocchi which, too bad, were not homemade were very good.
