A truly lovely and traditional restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I were able to find a table even without a reservation. The food was good, although I didn't find it exceptional. The only downside: the prices are quite high (cover charge alone is €4.50 per person), although they're in line with other restaurants in the area.

The food was very good, and the portions were plentiful and larger than in many other restaurants. The service was incredibly friendly and personable. We would definitely come back. This restaurant is definitely on our list for our next visit to South Tyrol. The ambiance is very pleasant, and the aromas are wonderful.

We stopped as soon as we arrived in the Valley, it was raining and we entered this beautiful restaurant where the fireplace was lit, a very pleasant atmosphere all wood, a restaurant with high-level cuisine, excellent stop!

The Binderstube is a delightful, cozy restaurant in Fiè allo Sciliar. The staff are very friendly and always there for the guests. Your every wish is catered for. The food is of excellent quality. Besides changing daily specials, there's a straightforward menu that promises that all dishes are prepared fresh and on time. And it's true! The value for money is very good. We ate there three times during our vacation last week. Excellent! The Binderstube is highly recommended. We felt very much at home there. Many thanks to the entire team. And: We will be back!

We arrived from Milan and immediately felt welcomed by the smiling, attentive staff.
The wood-filled atmosphere is elegant but not pretentious.
Very good, traditional, and carefully prepared food. Good value for money. An excellent experience.
