Binderstube In Fiè allo sciliar

We discovered this gem by chance. We went there two evenings in a row. We've rarely experienced such a child-friendly restaurant. Fresh pasta, excellent desserts, and select wines.

Excellent spagetti carbonara (version withhout cream), delicous tiramisu and outstanding espresso.

Everything that we had here was excellent, pasta, salad, bread, wine, coffee. Friendly service and a lovely view in a quaint town. Highly recommend not only if you are passing thru but also making a special trip just for the restaurant.

No holiday in Fiè without at least a visit to the Binderstube. We always enjoy staying here as family and friends and have never been disappointed once. The service, and here I really mean every single person, is extremely friendly and attentive, we always look forward to seeing you again and we always feel welcome. The food is creative, delicious, has always been tasty and every age and every taste preference gets their money's worth. Even our daughters always look forward to visiting and eating. The selection of wine is well coordinated and balanced. If you are not an expert, you can also get personal and competent advice on wine matters. We will definitely come back!

We booked for Christmas dinner, an à la carte menu with interesting proposals different from the classic South Tyrolean one. Generous dishes, well prepared with fresh ingredients in a very warm environment and attention to detail made the evening extremely pleasant. Applause for the smiles and kindness of the dining room staff, truly appreciated... I recommend you try the apple Kaiserschmarrn, never tasted before anywhere... the best.
