Always friendly staff, plentiful and always excellent dishes. We went there out of curiosity as we are Harry Potter fans and we return frequently for the quality of the food

I had dinner on the inside carriage. Very good food but a bit of a messy place, certainly a better experience than the first, given that the first time, about 2 months before, a cockroach was wandering around outside, but an acceptable event given that the structure is located in nature

Nice environment, with a few tables (which I liked) and fast service. Very good fried food but a shame about the sandwich that arrived cold and already with dry cheddar. Meat a little strange in taste. Having left the sandwich and the waitress having noticed it, she wanted me to make it again but I declined because these are things that can happen, I was expecting a note on the receipt given that it hadn't been consumed or at least an apology or in short something to please a customer who wasn't satisfied..... One last tip for desserts: don't say that a glass of cream and biscuit soaked in coffee is a tiramisu. Best regards
