One of the best culinary experiences of my life! The flavors were absolutely exceptional – fresh ingredients, perfectly matched spices, and an incredible atmosphere. What I ate here was definitely the best dish I've ever tried. Italian cuisine at its finest – I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience true Italy on a plate!

We had a delicious lunch: pizza and pappardelle. The food prices were reasonable, but the drink prices were ridiculous! We paid €55 for a meal for five people, and €30 for one bottle of water and five cans of cola! It's a shame tourists are being ripped off like this!

A charming setting in Casino di Terra, a hamlet of Montecatini Val di Cecina. The restaurant, with plenty of seating both inside and out, is the perfect place to refuel with an excellent lunch made with fresh, local ingredients. As a vegan, I tried their pinsa romana with vegetables, arugula pesto, and flaked almonds: a true explosion of flavor, difficult to be as satisfied as at other pizzerias or restaurants in the area. Their bar area is stocked with delicious-looking and delicious vegan croissants and pastries, which is definitely a huge plus, ensuring breakfast (or, in my case, dessert) is as inclusive as possible. The restaurant staff is very friendly and approachable, a characteristic always appreciated and never taken for granted, which makes me want to return. I've been there twice already and will be back again. Highly recommended!

I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. It's open all day until 7:00 PM and has the best pizza we had while on vacation in Tuscany. The other dishes are also very good, and the service is friendly. It's worth a visit.
