Good morning, today I stopped at this bar again for breakfast, having just popped in yesterday morning for a coffee. I found a new counter attendant who was extremely kind, competent, and highly professional. The coffee was excellent, and the courtesy was equally as kind. This morning I was disappointed because I didn't find him. I hope it was just a break or a shift change. People like this make a difference; they can't be let go, nor does it affect the reputation of the place.

Congratulations after a long time I returned to this bar, I found some changes, a serious counter assistant served me very well and an excellent cappuccino never had a breakfast like this thanks to Lello

Big Ben Cafe is a very nice bar located on Tiburtina. They have delicious croissants. The bartenders are very kind. It's my pleasant morning stop.
