Big Bang Piada 5.0 In Rimini

I was in Rimini for just two nights and wanted to try the piadina. I found the dough to be soft, delicious, and just the right amount of thickness. The place is cute and offers many options, including piadinas, cassoni, rolls, and pizza by the slice. The ingredients are flavorful and fresh. My group and I tried both the piadinas (squacquerone and arugula), the cassoni (mozzarella, potatoes, and sausage), and the roll (squacquerone, arugula, and prosciutto), and they were all delicious. The value for money is excellent, the wait is very short, and the staff is very kind and professional. I absolutely recommend it, and I advise the owners, if it's okay with them, to change the closing time online. I had avoided going the night before because I mistakenly thought it was already closed, but I would have happily gone several times.

We are resting in Rimini and it was the first time we ate piada. Everything was very delicious, both the piada and the cassoni. For people with a bigger appetite, 1 is not enough, it is worth ordering 2 types of food. The service is nice, but they don't speak English, but if you show them what you want, there is obviously no problem. We looked in advance what we would choose, so it was quick. There is a beeper, 4 dishes were ready in about 6-8 minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is not bad, but the air is very stagnant, and only 1 fan was spinning.

Best piadina I had this weekend in Rimini. Top-notch ingredients. Highly recommended and worth the wait.
