Great food and very attentive service I had the bruschetta with ham – it was truly excellent, fresh, and very flavorful. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and courteous. It was particularly pleasant that the staff made sure we didn't get cold and turned on the patio heater just for us. An all-around wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Osteria la Scale in Cannobio was a wonderful discovery! My pasta Bolognese was truly delicious, and my companion's bruschetta was simply fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed; we immediately felt at ease. A huge plus is that dogs are welcome, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. In the evening, with the ovens warming up and the tables overlooking the lake, the atmosphere becomes magical. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, friendly service, and an enchanting atmosphere on Lake Maggiore.

We had Bruschetta, vitello tonnato, caneloni, and ossobucco from the day menu. Very tasty dishes, gigantic portions, very nice wine for a good price. Don't understand all the negative reviews.

We had lunch at this osteria. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and seated at a lovely table overlooking the lake. The atmosphere is relaxed and the menu simple. We had fried calamari with fries and spaghetti with tomato sauce. The portions were generous and the value was excellent. I don't understand the numerous negative reviews. Perhaps jealousy? Well done!

We went there based on recommendations. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 60 minutes for the food, even though the restaurant wasn't even full. We had three different pizzas. One was very good, one was okay, and the third had burnt vegetables and a very hard crust. We complained about the vegetables and received new vegetables without further ado. The price/performance ratio was a bit too high, especially considering that we had to pay €2 per person for the cover charge, even though we hadn't seen this on the menu. However, the Aperol Spritz was very good for only €5. We wouldn't go there again, as there are better restaurants in Cannobio.

The restaurant's location on the promenade with a view of the lake was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the food was only average for the rather high prices.

A magnificent terrace and honestly, completely honest cuisine, contrary to previous reviews. I had pasta and the quantity was more than ok, my husband had a pizza and a very good dessert. We recommend it.
