We chose the Biergarten to try their Neapolitan pizza. Unfortunately, we were disappointed: the dough was soggy and moist. On the other hand, the "regular" pizza was very good and crispy.

Super delicious pizza. Great dough and delicious flavor, the best we've had in Kaltern so far.
The service was a bit slow, and it's just a large beer garden. All in all, really good.

Caldaro's Biergarten, also known as Biergarten Kaltern, is an outdoor beer garden with a Mediterranean atmosphere and a wide selection of South Tyrolean beers. The restaurant offers hot and cold dishes, including meat and fish specialties, pasta dishes, salads, and pizzas, with child-friendly options, including special menus and playgrounds. The wait times are quite long: we waited almost an hour for a pizza.

Ideal for a quick and tasty lunch if you're passing through the Caldaro/Appiano/Bolzano area. A traditional atmosphere, spacious rooms, excellent and plentiful food, and a very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

I've been there several times. The local products are excellent, as are the more basic ones. I'm originally from Bolzano but have lived far away for several years. Every time I return, I crave some good dumplings, and these satisfied my craving (the cheese ones were really good).

Ampia locazione, 2 schermi giganti, jaraoke. Personale in tipici vestiti tirolesi.quasi 1.500 posti a sedere. Gentili e veloci arrivati alle 17.30 fanno mangiare e bere quasi 100 persone. Ottimo stinco. Buona birra e tramite. Prezzo equo
