22/12/2024: Wonderful place with delicious dishes.

18/12/2024: Eating at Suban is always a pleasant experience. The food and service are excellent and the environment is warm and welcoming. To be honest, this time I have to point out something a little unpleasant that happened to me. I am a vegetarian and did not inform the waiter of this. I didn't feel I had to do it, also because I ordered basil crepes and no other ingredients were indicated on the menu. When I had already started eating them, the waiter, having learned that I was a vegetarian, told me that they had been baked au gratin with roast sauce and that I should have informed him that I was a vegetarian. I didn't want to get into controversy, but I believe that the ingredients that make up the dish should be written on the menu. I'm not the one who has to warn you that I'm veg and it's not obvious that basil crepes could contain meat... I was disappointed, also because the menu doesn't offer many alternatives for those who don't eat meat or fish... If I may, I would suggest completing the menu with the list of ingredients that make up the dishes and perhaps adding a few more veg dishes, given that there are now many people who have made this choice. Without taking anything away from the quality of the food and service, which are very high, and the value for money which is excellent.
