Booking a table is not suitable for tourists. The food with strong taste is a bit salty. There is a YouTube tourist introduction but the price is not mentioned. In fact, the average per capita consumption is about 100 euros.
We really enjoyed our time at Bice, but weren’t as impressed as we would hoped by the seasoning of the food. It tasted all good, but was lacking a bit of seasoning. Service was exceptional and ambient was impressive.

You walk into Bice and it feels like Milan before Milan became a showroom. Dim lighting, worn wood, an old-school charm that does not care if you notice. The steak tartare? Clean, sharp, no fluff — just the right texture, the proper chill, like someone back there actually gives a damn. The antipasti come out humble, with no overstyled plating, just real food with flavor that speaks louder than it looks. Service is smooth, like they have done this a thousand times and still somehow care. It is the kind of place you remember not for one thing but for how quietly everything works.

Entras en Bice y te sientes como Milán antes de que Milán se convirtiera en una sala de exposición. Iluminación tenue, madera gastada, un encanto de la vieja escuela que no le importa si te das cuenta. ¿El sarro del filete? Limpio, afilado, sin pelusa, con la textura correcta, el frío adecuado, como si a alguien de ahí le importara un carajo. Los antipasti salen humildes, sin sobreestilado, solo comida real con sabor que habla más fuerte de lo que parece. El servicio es fluido, como lo han hecho mil veces y todavía de alguna manera se preocupan. Es el tipo de lugar que recuerdas no por una cosa, sino por lo silencioso que funciona todo.

L'ultimo vero ristorante storico rimasto in centro a Milano. Locale bellissimo, ossobuco e risotto e lumache eccezionali!!!
