Excellent traditional northern Italian cuisine with great service and a very descent wine list. Walked in without a reservation in the middle of lunch hour on a Saturday, but staff didn't even give any strange look (like some places) and got us a table right away. Definitely the place to be if you treasure food more than decor in a city such as Milan!

What a wonderful service and delicious food. We walked in without a reservation and the staff were extremely accommodating. The food was one of the best we have had in Milan. We tried the Osso Buco and pasta Bolognese, both were incredibly well prepared and delicious. We will come back again!

We went to this restaurant yesterday to celebrate a family birthday. We had a really good time, excellent experience, excellent food with quality products. It satisfied both young and old. Courteous and attentive service, elegant and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

It is a touristic, though quite old place with history. Portions are small and price is very high - 26-28€ per pasta plate and super small portion of basic pasta. And yes - I know we are 2 steps from Montenapoleone. So if you have other choices - go a bit far from that area and you will enjoy much more.
Plus we got a hair in the panna cotta 🫢

Historic restaurant in the Quadrilatero, classic, elegant.
The dishes are excellently prepared, tasty, tasty: Milanese risotto and exceptional cutlet.
The wine list is interesting.
Attentive, scrupulous, professional service capable of immediately creating empathy with the customer.
Only two aspects puzzle me:
-The tables are too close together, practically the neighbor becomes a diner.
-Despite the reservation we waited well over ten minutes before being accompanied to the table, remaining at the entrance, standing: in a restaurant of this level it would be necessary to seat customers at the bar while waiting.

Amazing service, an impressive wine selection, and excellent traditional Milanese cuisine. The osso buco was absolutely phenomenal, as was the eggplant appetizer. Don’t miss the apple pie for dessert—it’s the perfect ending to the meal. If I lived in Milan, this would easily be a weekly spot for me!

Senza prenotazione ci siamo presentati all’ingresso dove siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e disponibilità, unica cosa assolutamente comprensibile e che avremmo dovuto liberare il tavolo per una certa ora.
Abbiamo ordinato risotto con ossobuco davvero straordinario Il tutto in un ambiente caldo, armonioso e in ambiente natalizio 🎅🏻. Personale molto attento e disponibile.
Unica nota negativa, tavoli troppo attaccati almeno nella nostra saletta. Consigliamo vivamente e torneremo presto per assaggiare altre specialità dello chef 👨🍳

L'ultimo vero ristorante storico rimasto in centro a Milano. Locale bellissimo, ossobuco e risotto e lumache eccezionali!!!
