But what happened??? The words "new management" have been appearing on the shop windows for at least a week and searching on the internet would show that they are closed from 02/24/2025 to 06/24/2025!!!

The staff is very kind and professional, you can view the menu by scanning the QRcode. They have wines, sparkling wines, champagnes of all kinds; if you're looking for something I'm almost sure the red and white will have it

Scoperto per caso. Abbiamo fatto 3 giorni visitando Perugia e dintorni, l albergo dove abbiamo prenotato è vicino. Locale accogliente, musica di sottofondo gradevole, buon vino e cibo . Personale molto professionale e gentile. Consiglio vivamente

Il BiancorossO si riconferma il luogo ideale dove trascorrere una bella serata, lo staff è professionale e cortese allo stesso tempo, il cibo è ottimo (fritti, pinse e tartare top!), i cocktails ed i vini di ottima qualità. L'ambiente è accogliente, un'ottima selezione di musica in sottofondo accompagna gli ospiti durante la serata. Impossibile rinunciare ad un locale così!

Nice place, tables not "attached" to each other, friendly service. We went to try the burgers, wide choice and well seasoned, crispy bread, served with chips. The fried food is tasty and dry. Fair price, not excessive. Will come back to try more of the extensive menu.

08/03/2025: It's difficult to find fault with this place. Characteristic and suggestive location, friendly, courteous and professional staff, excellent cuisine and quality raw materials. Even the background music was excellently chosen for a quiet dinner, prices based on quality. If you are in Assisi it is a must to stop by.
04/03/2025: We had lunch here at I monaci, a very nice and well-kept place, we ordered 2 first courses and we received generous dishes, even the cut we ordered was good, the staff was very kind and helpful to our every request given that we arrived with 3 small children, the price was right for what we ate, the only negative flaw but that has nothing to do with the place, we had left the strollers outside with the umbrellas, when we left the umbrellas were no longer there 😡

15/02/2025: Kindness and uniqueness that distinguish a welcoming and warm location. Excellent quality raw materials, good value for money, I recommend both for a quick aperitif and for a tasting lunch and/or dinner.
02/12/2024: Climate of a true typical tavern, with spartan furnishings and vintage and casual furnishing accessories that make everything very warm and hospitable. The gnocchi with goose ragù are superlative, the Montefalco red wine is equally superb. Crescenda, a typical Spoleto dessert, is delicious. Kindness and courtesy have never been lacking. Compliments.
