Opened under new management today. They didn't have time to do the official inauguration. Trained staff, refined and fantastic products. Well done, be careful. Large selection of wines, sparkling wine, champagne. Best of luck! Exceptional raw seafood!

But what happened??? The words "new management" have been appearing on the shop windows for at least a week and searching on the internet would show that they are closed from 02/24/2025 to 06/24/2025!!!

Ottima sera in compagnia, ottimo cibo. Locale ben arredato e, anche se pieno, non rumoroso. Servizio molto efficiente e veloce. Pinsa così buona mai mangiata. Vasto assortimento di fritti, anche inusuali (come la salvia!). Consigliatissimo!

01/11/2025: The scottadito? And where is it? I find out that it is in Bevagna. I want to try it and I find a place that could be very nice if you don't find more than a hundred people for dinner and then you think that the food should be good. A waiter arrives and runs from one table to another, takes the orders, the appetizer arrives quickly, then disappears for over an hour and finally comes back with a cold slice of steak and with parmesan cheese, not flakes but grated, and the vegetables too. Negative experience, not to be recommended.
24/10/2025: A small, rustic but super welcoming place. The staff is kind and friendly, and the service is quite fast. Everything is delicious, from the cured meats and cheeses to the meat platters. Super fair prices and excellent food.
