I've been wanting to write this review for months. It was December, one morning, I was feeling a little down and was walking downtown. I went into Bialetti and Mrs. Laura (I asked her name on the way out) invited me to try their coffee to cheer me up. Her kindness made me feel good. I bought some very nice cups, plus a pack of coffee (excellent) and a very cute coffee jar. It's a nice shop, always tidy, but I wanted to highlight Laura's kindness and professionalism.
