We were there this morning and bought two mocha coffee makers. The girl who served us was delightful, and we'll definitely go back when we return to Rome, thanks to the kindness they gave us. The coffee makers are very good, and the typical Italian originals. Spaniards for Rome, I invite you to visit the store; I'm sure you'll want one of each coffee maker. I'm taking back some very good memories of Rome. I can't wait to get home to try it out. Thanks for everything :)

I recently was in the Bialetti store on Largo Chigi, 4 in Rome and had an amazing experience. Both Francesca and Roberta made it so much fun. So knowledgeable, so friendly and helpful. Of course I had to buy the Italian flag Moka pot!!! I’ve had my eye on it while traveling through Italy and knew I wanted it back home. Roberta even served us an espresso right there in the store. Felt like we made new friends that day. Grazie, Ladies. I’ll think of you☕️ Salute

Today we bought some beautiful coffee makers! The most pleasant thing was Roberta's service! With her kindness, she guided us through the products! One request: we would like to see a store in Buenos Aires, Argentina; a lot of coffee is consumed there!

I visited several Bialetti stores in Rome. This is my favorite one and I bought two beautiful espresso makers for myself and for my best friend. Appreciated beautiful Miss Sara’s assistance (hopefully I got her name right). She is super friendly and a sweet and helpful. 💝💝💝

The staff were very kind. Just before paying, they informed me that I couldn't get the VAT refund without my passport, and kindly waited for me to return to the hotel to collect it. Thanks to them, I was able to receive the refund without any problems. I'm enjoying a delicious cappuccino using the mocha and beans I purchased. Thank you very much!

What an amazing experience!! The store staff are friendly. Knowledgeable and kind!! Needed help with directions and the staff, especially Robbie was so amazingly caring in helping me sort out how I get to my destination!! We need more people like Robbie in the service industry!!

We were going to buy a coffee maker before returning to our country, and the excellent service we received at this store made us buy everything! Both the manager and the person assisting him were super friendly; they advised us, allowed us to try the coffee, and showed us how to use it. I recommend this store especially for the dedication and friendliness of its employees!
