Bialetti In Roma

On December 11th, around ten o'clock, I was served by a very kind woman. I really wanted to write this review because she's professional and I was served very well. I didn't ask her name, but she had long, dark hair.

The shopgirl was standing with her back to the entrance. A man came in, spent some time hiding from her behind a pillar than took two mokkas and left. I told her what happened. She answered ok and got back to standing with her back to the door. If I was a shop owner I’d prefer to know my employees just really don’t care.

I will give full marks to Leonardo. Excellent service. No hesitation to assist and to advise. He is indeed a very polite and helpful person. He is doing an excellent job for Bialetti. We will definitely return to this shop. Thank you Leonardo and Bialetti.
