I visited the Bialetti store in Milan and want to give a special thanks to Cristian, who was truly impeccable: professional, kind, and helpful. He guided us through our purchases with great care, letting us taste different coffees and carefully showing us the various items.
We bought six packs of coffee, a thermal mug, and two moka pots (one of which he even gave us a discount on). Thanks to his advice, the choice was simple and pleasant.
Such attentive and friendly service truly deserves to be highlighted: kudos to Cristian, he does a fantastic job!

I really like their flavored coffees, but unfortunately they're raising the prices dramatically. I remember that 2 or 3 years ago, a 250g pack cost 5 euros, while today they're charging me 9 euros. An 80% increase in prices in 3 years, despite inflation, which is supposed to be 2% annually.
