Impromptu dinner Friday 16/08/2024 we call and they find us a table we are amazed given the particular day... Sophisticated environment and different from the local restaurants (a bit Spanish in our opinion), the dishes are all good worthy of note for the potential future customers Battuta di Scottona, liver terrine with caramelized onions and pan brioche, duck breast with plums (black cutter with butter and bottarga cannot be described because the 9 year old girl was so enthusiastic and didn't give us the chance to taste it). .. On the way out we took a look at the desserts that we didn't get, really beautiful... Wine list with not many labels (this is absolutely not a criticism) but more than enough to give an excellent wine boost to the menu... Every label is noteworthy... Either a big name or a small company with great products to offer... Truly a pleasant evening...

We have been coming to Follonica for several years and this restaurant was a pleasant surprise, very careful and attentive to the raw materials and executed with simple methods which therefore make the dishes excellent.

Excellent restaurant with friendly staff. Menu fine-tuned to perfection. Dinner proceeding at a very leisurely slow pace. Great! The service is pleasant, but they can overlook very well..... Waiting 20 minutes to pay was too much. In an empty restaurant.

It's one of my favorite restaurants. It's a bit unusual for a seaside place because you don't always find fish-based dishes. But before eating the usual frozen fried food even in a famous restaurant, I prefer to eat something special. In the 4 or 5 times I have gone there I have always been amazed by the quality and refinement of the dish I have chosen. Don't be fooled by the menu that offers simple language, not with a long and complicated description as is fashionable so that in the end you don't understand what you're going to eat. For example, he proposes Livorno-style Baccala which is completely different from what I also happened to eat in Livorno....
