Betulia In Sinalunga

On our way back from Florence, we stopped for lunch at this delightful trattoria. We enjoyed typical dishes with a true Tuscan flavor, from crostini to pici pasta, and an excellent Chianina stew. All accompanied by an exquisite house wine, of which we purchased two bottles to take home. The owner's friendliness and kindness were an added bonus. Highly recommended, especially for its proximity to the highway toll booth.

Nice place. Easy to get to. Exit the highway at Bettolle. Excellent Tuscan cuisine. The chickpea and spinach soup was creamy and amazing. Pici all'aglione (arugula with garlic), excellent chicken liver crostini, Chianina stew, and a Chimina burger, truly excellent. Water, wine, and dessert. €33 per person. Friendly and approachable owner. We'll definitely be back if we pass through.

LET'S NOT JOKE, IT'S 2025! I won't judge what I haven't tried, only the dishes I did. The first thing that's a bit awkward is entering this room without any background music or buzz, making the welcome cold and impersonal. The place is clean, the table setting neat and traditional. But let's get to the food. The menu looks rich and inviting, but the arrival of the dishes is disappointing. The Chianina beef burger is served with highly industrial bread that reminds me of the early '90s. The tomato and lettuce dressing is NON-EXISTENT, and the meat is just thrown onto this orphaned sandwich. The fries, while certainly cooked to perfection and in clean oil, are, however, the most commercial imaginable. I hope this review can help improve a restaurant that undoubtedly has much more delicious dishes to offer.

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff friendly. We ordered bruschetta and crostini, Chianina beef stew, and chickpea and spinach soup. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

A small and welcoming restaurant serving a variety of traditional dishes from the Umbrian-Tuscan border. The waiters are knowledgeable and always ready with a joke. The dishes are generously portioned, but above all, delicious.

Discovered by chance but a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere has a timeless feel, and the service is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the price is fair. I would definitely return.

Authentic CHIANINA beef and excellent quality wines. The vegetables and side dishes are also excellent. Delicious cantucci biscuits.
