Trattoria romanesca all'antica, ti siedi gomito a gomito con degli sconosciuti e, siccome il servizio non è rapidissimo, ci fai pure amicizia. Il servizio non è una scheggia anche perché il locale è pieno zeppo. Si mangia bene, piatti di gusto genuinamente romano. Sappiate che l'ambiente è informale come pure chi serve e gestisce. La "mise en place" non esiste e nei piatti non si tiene conto alcuno dell'estetica, li riempiono in abbondanza e te li servono. Abbiamo pagato 46€ due antipasti e due primi senza vino in un posto con la tovaglia e i tovaglioli di carta e le posate in un piatto, non esattamente pochissimo, questo mi fa togliere una tacca da quelle previste.

Non capisco come si fa a dire che i piatti non sono buoni: tutta cucina romanesca, primi classici e abbondanti, tra i secondi cita abbacchio alla scottadito (fenomenale) carne di cavallo (come si trovava una volta a roma) rapporto prezzo/qualità supper. Tipica trattoria romana, arredamento vecchio stile, molta ironia (le pareti arredate con frasi molto simpatica e attrezzi da vecchio cavallario) e simpatia da parte dei gestori. Imperdibile

29/09/2025: I went there for dinner to eat paella. The paella had turned into rice and peas with some traces of fish. The mussels were so small that it was difficult to open them. The price was 40 euros for two people, rice and peas.

22/08/2025: Welcoming place, excellent food, reasonable prices, the only thing I was disappointed with was that I was charged for two bruschetta (really excellent by the way) even though the waiter had brought them to my table on his own initiative, offering them to welcome me. I was only disappointed about the appearance, but appearance often weighs more than money, considering I only paid one euro each. In any case, I will be back, and with a bunch of friends 👌👌👌👍👍👍 p.s. It's family-run and you eat with plastic plates and cups... only the cutlery is steel. Tables and benches surrounded by greenery and four-legged friends accompanying the splendid view 🐱🐰
22/07/2025: If you have children it's ideal, unfortunately sometimes it falls into the banal like the bathroom 😭, food is average, however I would go back for the green space and I would rent the barbecue
