The owner of the B&B where we were staying recommended this place to eat excellent couscous.
Located near the court and not far from the center, this place is welcoming, with a small internal room.
We tried the good and tasty seafood appetizer and the couscous, I with the fish and my wife the Trapanese one.
Mine was an excellent couscous although a little low in fish, only cod fillets.
The Trapani one is amazing, a mix of flavors that gratify the palate.
Generous portions and low prices.
The staff were polite and friendly.

La Bettina Coususeria, a historic place in Trapani known for its authentic Sicilian cuisine, has a friendly staff, although young and still in training. However, my experience with takeaway seafood couscous was disappointing. Despite the well-prepared semolina and the tasty broth, the quality of the fish provided, which appeared to be a cod fillet but was probably frozen pangasius, something that was unacceptable, significantly compromised the dish. It's a shame that such a historic venue has not maintained the expected quality standards.

Bettina's couscouseria is a small jewel in the heart of Trapani where you can taste true Sicilian and local cuisine. We had the fish couscous and the heavenly busiate. Definitely a perfect choice! Remember to book because it has few seats. Highly recommended!

Cous cous da asporto di discreta qualità, un po' povero in quanto a varietà e quantità di pesce ma in linea rispetto al rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Servizio puntuale e personale corretto. Consigliato!

Cuisine traditionnelle de Trapani. Au début un peu dubitatif vu le nom du restaurant : »la cuscusseria « . En fait nous avons testé couscous à la trapanaise fait d’un sorte de boulgour fin avec des amandes pilées et une sauce tomate relevée et des aubergines. Excellente salade de poulpe. Caponata délicieuse. Vin blanc maison qui passe bien.
