I'm from Parma and spend the weekends in Prato for work. I start my day with a pastry and a coffee from Betty's Pastry Shop. I'm always greeted with a warm greeting and a wonderful smile from Monica. Thank you so much, Monica, you make my day start off right.

Breakfast. All good, price above average, the only disappointment is the price differentiation for filled and empty breakfast pastries which is not part of the Prato tradition Price: Cappuccino plus filled pasta €3.00

We chose Pasticceria Betti as the catering for our son's baptism. For me and my partner - but above all for the seventy guests at the party, most of whom were true Prato residents! - it turned out to be a great success! Communication with Chiara was extremely clear, she fulfilled all our requests and clarified our doubts when any arose. The savory buffet, as I said, was a great success: "i panini del Betti" first delighted everyone's palates, also evoking sweet memories of youth in our relatives. I was also struck by the variety offered by Betti's cuisine: in addition to the sandwiches and pizzas, we enjoyed excellent cold first courses (farro and fresh pappa al pomodoro) and a delicious porchetta. To my delight, there was even something left over for the next day, which I must admit I didn't mind consuming at all. The cake was a masterpiece of pastry making, the flavors well-balanced, aesthetically simple and pretty, in line with our requests and expectations. Finally I would like to thank Sara and Paolo who assisted us during the event with great professionalism and kindness.
