Excellent meat. Respected cooking and unspeakable tenderness (it was a Reggiana rib, the same cow bred to produce Parmigiano Reggiano). Thoughtful service. Even the platter turned out to be assembled with top quality cured meats and cheeses, among other things sliced on the spot. Prices a little high, but when the quality is there it's fine

Excellent everything from the welcome to the service and the dishes and pizza worthy of their name with one eye on tradition and one on the evolution and preparation of the dishes. It does not have a car park.

We had dinner here on a Monday evening. It was not very busy, but it was pleasant. Upon entering, you will notice the enormous pizza oven, but also the cupboard with dry-aged meat. We ate this combination, a delicious tagliata and also a pizza with (dried) picanha. Added a delicious bottle of red wine and that was a perfect start to our holiday.
The service is excellent and friendly, the appearance and decor match the experience. We would love to come back again.

Direttore tecnico di Sala Michele competente, oste contemporaneo ma con un pizzico in più di riservatezza, sa quando comunicare, quando interrompere. Signora alla cassa gran colpo d'occhio e notevole memoria. La Cucina come sempre spinge forte: Sforzarsi di raggiungere l’eccellenza ti motiva. Carlo Cracco scrive : La cucina è istinto. Ma non del tutto. Si parte sempre da una sensazione, dall' ingrediente che ti ha colpito. Ma poi si sperimenta. L'obiettivo è valorizzare qualcosa che ti piace o piace a chi è seduto a tavola. Bellissima scoperta, trovato per caso su Instagram, abbiamo assaggiato pizza e normale e quella in pala, buon impasto, gusti particolari e prodotti di qualità. Prezzi nella media.Spero di ritornarci per provare la carne alla brace.
