Friendly and professional staff. The place is well-maintained and elegant, with a good selection of meats, cured meats, and cheeses.
We were a group of friends and decided to order pizza. Overall, the ingredients were good, but I wouldn't recommend the pizza. The pizza by the slice, in particular, was terrible.
If I had to rate the place based on its pizza, I wouldn't recommend it.

The restaurant itself is very well-kept. The setting is beautiful.
Attentive and fast service. The menu is divided into several sections (first courses, second courses, meats, pizzas, etc.). Each section isn't very extensive, but overall, there's plenty to choose from. We ordered a small appetizer, a pork fillet, and a "pizza in pala." Both the appetizer and second course were truly excellent. The "pizza in pala" was good (excellent ingredients), but it actually tasted more like a crispy focaccia than a pizza. Probably a poor choice (compared to expectations), because the "regular" pizzas looked great.
Regardless, a highly recommended place!

Business dinner at Bertie's Bistrot, a practical choice for pizza.
A well-kept restaurant with a quiet atmosphere, suitable for informal or business meetings. The pizza is average, without any particular highlights but overall satisfying. Service is prompt and efficient, and prices are in line with the offerings.
A simple and functional solution, especially if you're looking for a comfortable place for an unpretentious dinner.

Really nice atmosphere, welcoming staff, good food presented creatively.
Panko shrimp with an amazing mango curry chutney, stuffed zucchini flowers, cheese assortment with a fabulous focaccia, risotto, tempura fish and veg mix, steak, roast and mashed potatoes, polished off with tableside tiramisu.

We've been coming back to Bertie's several times, and we always find something new, not to mention the excellent quality. From pizza to meat, the pasta dishes, especially the mezzaniello lardiato, are out of this world. What can I say, we always love returning.
Compliments to everyone, especially for the service and hospitality, which are undeniable.
