I have always eaten well at Bertie's, both for lunch and dinner. The stuffed focaccia is excellent, very crispy, with anchovies and burrata. The service, however, does not keep up with the level of the food offered and the simple but refined environment. Easy parking on the street without problems. Good choice of meats.

In transit towards Cilento with a group of friends, we stopped at a hotel in Nola (Il Belsito, 4 stars) where we had already stayed a couple of years before. Looking for a restaurant for dinner, the owner of the hotel recommended Bertie's Bistrot, even offering to drive us there with his car, given the particularly congested traffic time. The place immediately seemed very pleasant and the food we ordered and enjoyed was even more so. I think the pizza I ordered, the "carciffola arrustata" was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten in Campania, served spectacularly under a glass bell for smoking. According to my companions, the other Capricciosa Iberica were also very popular, including the generous fried fish. So Bertie's Bistrot has ended up in my vast and very personal list of restaurants where I might return, a place that I certainly feel like recommending to anyone who might find themselves looking for a place to eat in the Nola area.

Genovese in the manner of the exceptional chef!!!!! It is an experience to be savoured, it is among the best I have tasted, I highly recommend it!!!!

I think it is the best place in the whole Nolano for the quality of the food, courtesy and professionalism of the service and for the environment, which is welcoming and well-kept. More than fair the quality-price ratio. The maitre is kind and professional as are all the staff in the hall. Highly recommended.

I recommend this place! I recommend it because it is a very classy experience, also looking at the wallet. I can only say that I immersed myself in this place, tasting dishes that I rarely see around: a real science fiction adventure. I was deeply impressed by the 'cut with forest aromas', experiencing for the first time flavors that overlapped in such a way as to provoke an infusion of flavors in my palate. Not to mention the pizza with wild boar ragù, a real panacea, complete with scenography preparing it before my eyes. Chiara and I were dazzled by this place: rating 8 and a half. Large environment, well furnished, American diner style, very fun and above all in the heart of the splendid Victoria Street. Specialized in fish & chips which is actually excellent, plus many various starters. The meat dish - steak pie - had a good filling but the pastry was too hard, very dry and almost impossible to cut. They were very late in bringing us the main dishes but they were very apologetic and offered us a discount, so good.

Locale molto ampio con giardino e possibilità di trovare parcheggio in zona. Personale molto preparato e cordiale, abbiamo apprezzato lo Chef che si è recato al nostro tavolo per la presentazione della portata che avevamo richiesto e il bravissimo ragazzo a fine serata che ci ha preparato il tiramisù al momento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, menù ampio e ottima pizza. Ci ritorneremo!
