I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too good not to write a review for. From the service to food, to atmosphere, it was truly spectacular! I came here for my birthday and had such amazing service by Micheal S and Lala! Michael was the wine expert, who was so knowledgeable about, not only every wine and what food it paired with, but where the grapes grew from, how it was carefully processed and made! Lala’s hospitality was so incredible as well. She even told me great travel advice and made me feel so special for my birthday and sang for me 🥹 if you’re looking for a great dinner spot, especially a birthday or date night, DONT HESITATE!

Staff are very friendly and a lot of good choices on the breakfast buffet. Special shout out too kuya. Thank you for the experience. 👍🏼🫡

Atmosphere was beautiful. Not very busy , very intimate.

The restaurant was very romantic and pleasant. Our server was Lala who was friendly and attentive. She was helpful with going over the menu and recommended the chef's special as well as a few dishes on the menu. The food was delicious and good portions. Lala went out of her way to make a special birthday drink and sang happy birthday to my husband. This was our first time in Milan and Lala was helpful answering our questions about the city.

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful evening with colleagues over aperitivo, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience! The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and professional. The view was breathtaking. The aperitivo was delicious, with a truly varied and tasty selection of drinks and appetizers. The quality/price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend Radisson Palazzo Touring "Bertatelli Bistrot" for an aperitivo with friends or a romantic evening.

I had the pleasure of spending a truly enjoyable evening during aperitivo at this venue. The atmosphere is welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. The staff was professional and friendly, ready to offer recommendations and suggestions for drinks and appetizers. The selection of cocktails and wines is wide and varied, and the appetizers were delicious and beautifully presented. The experience was very positive and left a great impression on me. I hope to return soon and enjoy another aperitivo at this fantastic place!

An elegant Milanese lounge just steps from the Duomo. The warm and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for a reunion with old friends like the one I experienced yesterday. Kindness, attentive service, tasteful decor both inside and out. Unique flavors. Refined on the palate and the eye. A magical place where you almost don't want to leave, but where you definitely want to return! S U P E R!
