Adorable hotel and attentive staff!

I made a late reservation at this hotel. The hosts were wonderful and waited for us until late for accommodation. Next came the luxury room I could call it, coquettish with an imperial air, always freshly perfumed and carefully cleaned every day for us. Varied breakfast with a very wide variety of food. Good coffee and very trained staff. One evening, after a long visit in Palermo, we were waited until late. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the place and the kindness of the hosts and I will return with pleasure in this wonderful place. I warmly recommend it to those who want to spend time in an oasis of peace.. Thank you for your hospitality, our little vacation in Sicily was a success and thanks to you.

The hotel was chosen because of the pistachio festival in Bronte, clean, delicious breakfasts. Average location, nothing nearby.

Regarding our Etna trip, we spent 2 days in this hotel. The rooms were sparkling clean, it was pleasantly quiet and there was enough parking space in front of the hotel. The food is good and inexpensive, the staff are extremely friendly and personable, great and keep it up. The only negative thing to note is that (at least when we were traveling at the end of September) there weren't too many guests in the hotel and you sometimes sat alone or with another table while eating in the large hall. There were at least two waitresses, so the atmosphere was a bit awkward. The waiters were waiting for the guest's every request. Nothing wrong per se, but it was a little strange. You should also know a little Italian, with English you also need some gestures and facial expressions.

We stayed here for three nights and were satisfied. The hotel gives a sophisticated impression. Pool is available and was not very busy during our visit. From here you can also catch a glimpse of “Mother Etna”. The food was not offered in buffet form as usual, but individually. This means you could choose in advance from various dishes and drinks, all of which were served at the table and tasted good. Another comment about dinner. There were a few options here that weren't too expensive to choose from different offers. The pizza and especially the dough were really tasty, contrary to our expectations. Due to the good quality, the hotel's restaurant/offering is also popular with locals. The waiter appeared quite introverted and one wished for a friendly and relaxed approach to tourists. But you absolutely can't go wrong here!

Great place! Try the restaurant

This is our second time staying here. Quality of this family run hotel and restaurants is top notch. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The food is also amazing and has a vast selection. You will need a car to get around as the hotel is cut off from sites. But it's only 18 minutes away from etnaland funpark, 18 minutes away from etnapolis and en route to Etna summit.

Only drawback is that they do not serve lunch. The hotel is very nice, staff absolutely wonderful. Great location for families visiting Etnaland

I recommend it, very nice, clean air conditioning in the rooms, access to the swimming pool and free Wi-Fi

One of the room that my daughter in law stayed had ants in the fridge and she said the fridge smelled funny she told one of the restaurant staff that night when we had dinner then went to etnaland at night. The next day, when she brought down my granddaughter's biscuits, which she has for breakfast, the bag was full if ants 🐜. Other wise we could not fault the hotel.
