A tour of Etna? Here is the starting point! From Paradise the itinerary starts (photocopies available to tourists) for Rifugio Sapienza, Etna Cableway and Silvestri Craters. Then, reaching Zafferana Etnea, the other excursions to the Etna North part start. And after the excursions here is a welcoming, private and quiet environment where you can rest with a view of the olive groves and orchards, volcano and fantastic green countryside! Here is the ideal place to relax and prepare the new excursion perhaps pushing on to Taormina! Beautiful rooms and excellent cuisine, kindness, courtesy and competence of all the staff. Highly recommended.

A hotel run with great care by a father and daughter, where everything is just right. There's a pizzeria and a traditional Italian restaurant, both serving food and drinks at very reasonable prices, with three types of draft beer available. We had a room with a balcony overlooking Mount Etna, spewing glowing lava, which was very impressive. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The place is very nice and the service is attentive, the rooms are bright and very clean. Excellent food and careful to satisfy requests always with kindness and a smile. Fantastic view of Etna. Convenient as a base for excursions and excellent in the evening for dinner. Too bad there are some nearby structures that slightly ruin the atmosphere, but a quiet area. I would suggest preparing to provide some more tourist information to customers because in the surrounding area and up to about 2 hours' drive there are wonderful things to visit. Thank you because we had a great time. Also good for celiacs. Well done

Unfortunately i cannot rate this hotel higher ! I don't mean to oversell this hotel however here goes ! The rooms are super clean and well kept. The lobby and restaurants are excellent. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast is SUPERB. We don't usually eat dinner at the hotel however it is the first time we ate dinner here every night of our stay. Dinner is excellent, chefs are amazing. Cannot recommend enough ! Thank you so much for a memorable stay ! 6 stars 🤩

We stayed in this hotel to then spend a Sunday at Etna and be already in the area early in the morning. The hotel is very elegant, the rooms are spacious, both the quadruple and double rooms. The cleanliness is excellent both in the common areas and in the rooms. The hotel has both a restaurant and a small pub/bistro, both excellent but the best is the breakfast, with a vast choice from sweet to savory and also in drinks. The staff is very kind both at the reception and in the restaurant but above all super professional. It has a beautiful swimming pool that obviously given the seasonality we did not use. I recommend it to everyone, couples, groups of friends and families.

Love the usa vintage vibe and the best rooms are at the back where you can see Etna🌋
