Only drawback is that they do not serve lunch. The hotel is very nice, staff absolutely wonderful. Great location for families visiting Etnaland

One of the room that my daughter in law stayed had ants in the fridge and she said the fridge smelled funny she told one of the restaurant staff that night when we had dinner then went to etnaland at night. The next day, when she brought down my granddaughter's biscuits, which she has for breakfast, the bag was full if ants 🐜. Other wise we could not fault the hotel.

A really nice hotel with a swimming pool a quarter of an hour from Etnaland. The breakfast is super abundant and the service is fast. They also leave prosecco, coca-cola, Fanta and other drinks in the fridge in your room

After 2 years we are back in this hotel. Rooms are very clean. We were happy to see the same, nice employees again. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating and flexible. Simply great, we feel really comfortable here.

Wonderful stay The hotel room was very clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast is offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially for breakfast staff . Food at their restaurants were excellent.

Very friendly service, the pool is fantastic for swimming. Nice view of the Etna. The rooms are fantastic, we had a great balcony. Only the location is a little bit remote. But the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic.
