On the way back from Como we stopped in Appiano Gentile at the best baker in the whole area. In reality we went there in search of the "Nuvola", a leavened product in the shape of a trunk that Mr Giuseppe makes in a divine way. It's true that we could have bought it in Como where this dessert was born but the one here is unsurpassed. Unfortunately we arrived late and unfortunately the "Clouds" were already all over.
