good pizza but unfortunately served lukewarm

The atmosphere is original but very noisy. It's almost impossible to chat with your fellow diners. The pizza is good.

The pizzas are excellent, unfortunately it is noisy, difficult to communicate at the table, good service, next door there is an excellent bookshop, and you can share interesting initiatives

I'll start by saying that I'm a lover of Neapolitan pizza, but despite everything I want to be as impartial as possible given that your Berberè pizza is something in itself, I found it improved compared to a few months ago, it was well cooked, with quality ingredients, tasty dough and certainly digestible, but I have to make a criticism regarding the size, I think that compared to a few months ago it has shrunk, it seemed like a baby pizza, the same thing for a portion of chips, that is 4 chips in a small plate paid € 5, if this is the new policy I advise you to retrace your steps also because a Margherita at € 8.50 is not a little considering the size and that pizza was born as a poor food (of the people) and at this rate there is a tendency to transform it into a luxury.

My favorite pizza in Turin! You can choose from several doughs, the best—in my opinion—is the hydrolyzed dough, which rises naturally through the spontaneous fermentation of cracked wheat (without yeast!!). The pizza is incredibly light and easy to digest, topped with top-quality ingredients. The service staff are super attentive and friendly!

The pizza was very good; I tried the hydrolyzed dough, which was light and of good quality. The only downside was the very noisy atmosphere due to the large space and very high ceilings.

Pizze molto buone con condimenti particolari, diversi da quelli che si trovano abitualmente nelle altre pizzerie. Io ho provato per la prima volta l'impasto idrolisi e mi ha soddisfatto.
