Original and fabulous pizza; Binaria's atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with a well-stocked bookshop and a store stocked with quality and fair trade products; excellent reservation system, and the waiters are incredibly friendly. Go there.

Excellent pizza. The base is made with different doughs (always regular, multi-grain, and rotating hydrolysis), all of which are delicious. The pizza has been cooked perfectly every time I've eaten here: well-cooked underneath and a crust that's never burned. The ingredients are top-quality, starting with the tomato sauce. Unfortunately, they no longer make the almond pesto for the crust, but the honey and 'nduja are also good. Friendly service, a spartan but modern atmosphere, and a bit noisy.

Excellent service, friendly, polite, yet professional waiters. Excellent pizza, crispy and very digestible. Excellent ingredients. Unfortunately, since I'm in a warehouse, there's a lot of echo from the voices, but that's what pizzerias are all about. Overall, a top rating.

17/02/2026: A lovely Saturday evening: all the dishes arrived on time, the quality of the ingredients was excellent, and we enjoyed both pizza and pasta. I really appreciated the owner's attention to detail in managing the dining room and the courtesy of the staff. The desserts were wonderful: a huge, soft, and delicate babà to round off our evening. Well done!
