we waited over an hour to receive 4 pizzas

The pizza is delicious; we discovered it by chance one day at lunchtime, and decided to return with friends on the evening of August 15th. The staff were very friendly and the place was welcoming.

I ordered the prosciutto pizza and was very satisfied. The pizza was delicious and well-topped. There was also music playing.

The pizza tastes really good, but the ambiance and service leave a lot to be desired. No comparison to the restaurant and beach bar on the beach!

The food was good, but the service was very unfriendly and unmotivated. Sometimes they were overwhelmed when there were too many guests. They sent you away and asked you to come back in an hour. The same situation happened after an hour.

The pizza isn't bad, but nothing special. However, overall, the service is a bit lackluster! Someone in the reviews posted a large menu board. However, these dishes weren't available in the standard menu. There's only the pizza menu and a few specials. No kids' dishes, no "regular" pasta dishes (ragù, carbonara, etc.). The worst was the tiramisu: It was served frozen!

Wonderful experience, entering the holiday village Florenz is like entering a storybook where every corner holds a magnificent surprise. The service at the Berba pizzeria restaurant offers excellent pizzas and traditional local dishes, as well as international cuisine. Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean structure and equipped with every service. Highly recommended!
