Soy italiano, pero escribo en inglés, ya que los italianos saben qué esperar. Beppe es un quesero piamontes, posiblemente la región con algunos de los mejores quesos de Italia. Muchos están hechos con leche cruda, que no está disponible en los Estados Unidos, por lo que los sabores y estilos pueden no satisfacer todos los gustos. En los Estados Unidos el queso de leche cruda, por ley, debe ser envejecido un cierto período de tiempo y eso cambia el sabor. Dicho esto, sus quesos están fuera de este mundo. Extraordinarios sabores y texturas, y vinos hermosos y cuidadosamente seleccionados. I changed my review on this place after visiting again. Came here first 3-years ago and it was nice, but now I find it overprice, overrated and different.

Exceptional place for cheese lovers (cow, sheep, goat) and more. Piedmontese and French specialties. A small menu with delicacies to eat on the spot (meat cuts, some first courses - we took the tajarin - and some desserts). 4 stars and not 5 because unfortunately given the prices I can't go there every week...

Brilliant visit - great cheese and meats (chosen for you from their selection) paired with a couple of glasses of great wine. They accommodated us despite not having a booking and we had a lovely evening.

Salmone freschissimo, selezione di formaggi strepitosi, selezioni di vini superlativa. Ambiente caldo e accogliente professionalità e gentilezza. Ogni volta che vengo a Roma è d'obbligo andare a mangiare da Beppe!
