I changed my review on this place after visiting again. Came here first 3-years ago and it was nice, but now I find it overprice, overrated and different.

Exceptional place for cheese lovers (cow, sheep, goat) and more. Piedmontese and French specialties. A small menu with delicacies to eat on the spot (meat cuts, some first courses - we took the tajarin - and some desserts). 4 stars and not 5 because unfortunately given the prices I can't go there every week...

Brilliant visit - great cheese and meats (chosen for you from their selection) paired with a couple of glasses of great wine. They accommodated us despite not having a booking and we had a lovely evening.

An exquisite place. Good wine, good cheeses… mozzarella with anchovies simply a dream. Super recommended!

We asked for 5 random Italian cheeses and they did not disappoint! Each was different and tasty along with a paired wine or even a beer.

This place offers refined and rather rare dairy products. The cheeses, for which it is known, are very good and an excellent selection of wines to accompany the platters. The cold cuts, however, were decidedly inferior, and I wasn't crazy about them. I would have appreciated more attentive service and a less expensive bill. Recommended for anyone who wants to indulge in a cheese meal without being particularly cost-conscious.

Con l'idea di fare un paio di taglieri a cena per gli amici , viste le recensioni sono andato in un giorno feriale al mercato Trionfale box 227 .. L'ida era quella di comprare esclusivamente formaggi grass fed (di mucche che si nutrono solo di erba sui pascoli e non in stalla). Una gentile signora mi ha consigliato 3/4 tipi di formaggi da pascolo tipo la giallina molto buono una robiola favolosa e un formaggio da fieno dal sapore deciso ..... Solo per palati fino e per chi ovviamente ama i formaggi non certo del supermercato. I prezzi vanno da 35 in suì per un ottimo formaggio non banale. Finalmente a Roma e nel mercato c'è la possibilità , come in Francia, di fermarsi e avere un tagliere dei formaggi scelti al banco. Consigliabile
