Booked a table for lunch, the welcome from the girl whose name we unfortunately don't remember was super! He welcomed us with two tastings offered by the house: a primosale stracchino made by them and a blue cheese. Both very good. Let's proceed with the order: a platter of 7 cheeses in which we have ranged from Italy to France to Switzerland. All really excellent and special. Definitely not your typical "supermarket" cheese board. We continue with a portion of tajarin butter (produced by them) and cheese: very good. We complete the tour with wholemeal polenta and fontina: delicious. The choice of wines (strictly natural) is excellent. The bill is certainly not low, but in my opinion the value for money is correct given the very high quality of the products offered. We will definitely be back!

Fuimos allí para un aperitivo y pudimos conseguir el plato de queso y disfrutamos de algunos vinos locales. El personal era muy amable y servicial. El lugar es bastante pequeño, pero la selección de quesos es excepcional. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Wir sind wirklich froh, auf unseren Streifzügen durch das Rom des Heiligen Jahres und durch das jüdische Viertel auf diese Perle gestossen zu sein! Absolute Empfehlung! Beppe selbst ist zwar ein wenig wortkarg, aber die Bedienung informativ, zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich! Beppe bietet eine unglaublich Palette an hochwertigen und köstlichen Käsen, feinste salumi und Schinken, und es gibt auch einige wenige, aber umso feinere, warme Speisen! Dazu gibt es hochspannende preiswerte Weine! Ein Hochgenuss!
