Historic place in Saluzzo open from breakfast to dinner (this only on Friday and Saturday evenings). Artisanal croissants and related products, dry pastries and delicious cakes. High quality aperitif with excellent choice of wines. Draft beer. Mixed. Weekend dinner with à la carte menu available via QR code (www.many-menu.it).

18/12/2023: I ate the very good paella... plus the Catalan cream is definitely worth a try... the owner is excellent... perhaps the waitress is a bit short on words and smiles which perhaps don't hurt... but a place worth trying if you want a change come on usual restaurants
