A restaurant that truly exceeds expectations. We came here almost by chance and were amazed by the quality of the dishes and the care with which they are prepared. The cured meats and cheese appetizer was a perfect start: fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with simple yet expertly executed pairings. The first courses were even better. The trofie with clams and bottarga was balanced and fragrant, with the pasta cooked impeccably. You could tell the kitchen cared. The mussels were a surprise: plentiful, flavorful, with a sauce that deserves its own bread. The service is fast, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, a place where you immediately feel at home. A place that combines tradition and substance. I will definitely be back—highly recommended.
