This time, we ordered the chicken, pork, fish, eggplant and grilled octopus, and all dishes were absolutely exceptional. The chicken roll was silky and rich, with just the right hint of earthiness from the beautiful herb stuffing — a dish that’s indulgent without being heavy. The octopus? Charred to perfection, tender, and delicately seasoned — it’s a standout plate that reminds you why you keep coming back. But it was the dessert that completely stole the show: a ricotta and pineapple creation so light, fragrant, and uplifting it felt like a breeze off the coast of Maui. It was smooth yet vibrant, the creamy ricotta paired with the brightness of pineapple in a way that was utterly transportive — a bite of summer on a plate, reminiscent of a sunlit day in Hawaii.
