The rigatoni carbonara is absolutely amazing, and there's a very generous portion, almost enough to share. The ravioli with pistachio sauce is very good, although the sauce is a bit weak and there's not much of it. If you're craving good carbonara, I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: Dinner with friends. We wanted to share the pleasure of this little gem with our friends, because we knew we'd make a great impression. And so it was. When you want to eat well, feel good, and taste the specialties of Puglia, Ambasciata is a surefire choice. Highly recommended. Hugs!

06/12/2025: Young, enthusiastic, and very courteous. Top-of-the-line bruschetta. Bruschetta of the week with cavolo nero, stracciatella, and salted almonds, delicious! Bruschetta Valles with lemon oil is equally noteworthy! The desserts are also excellent, and the Rudino at the end is the icing on the cake. Well done!
