BE'MO In Bologna

I had a pork rogamo and a caigamo (vegan) and the second one impressed me much more than the first one. In fact, the pork one, although good, could get boring after a while, maybe because it's a bit heavy; while the vegan one was very fresh and the ginger flavor was really pleasant. The prices are more than fair and at this point I'm curious to also try the spaghetti and the cold tagliatelle

We went to BE'MO for lunch and it was a pleasant surprise! The place has a very refined atmosphere, it really feels like you're in China: basic but warm furnishings, high counters, young customers (many students with laptops), and a modern touch that makes it welcoming and original. You eat with chopsticks, in personalized paper containers with the nice logo of the place. The specialty is the rogamo, a sort of Chinese sandwich that vaguely resembles a tigella, but filled with spiced meat: really tasty and unique. We also tried the MOMO spaghetti, a little spicy but tasty and well seasoned. The selection of Chinese drinks is also very interesting: I tried an iced tea with pomelo and honey, fresh and fragrant, excellent! Overall an original place, perfect for a lunch break that is different from the usual, informal but quality. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

So delicious! It tastes the same as the domestic Xi’an Roujiamo! Plenty of noodles and meat! The beef noodles are also delicious! The noodles you make yourself are fragrant and chewy. The cold potato slices are also delicious. The potatoes are crispy and delicious.

Very good and great prices! The atmosphere is also very nice.

I went with a friend and my order (spaghetti di riso) were okay, even though the table was very sticky. And my friend ordered spaghetti MOMO, and it tasted quite awful. The spicy oil probably went rancid and it tasted like liquid soap, none of us could eat it.

Special food, sometimes simple (or it may seem so) but delicious.

The place is small but the dishes are very good, they are not the usual dishes that you find in the usual Chinese restaurants, not even Asian fusion, particular cuisine with dishes that I believe are typical, very well cooked and tasty, perfect if you want to change flavor, you can also take away.

Tasty Chinese "fast food" (in the best possible sense) - which seems authentic to me. The pork Rogamo and the cold tagliatelle are delicious. Smiling and kind service. I can't wait to try other dishes! Spartan and clean environment.

Sono venuto qui a mangiare qualcosina ieri a pranzo perché ero nei pressi del teatro comunale. Ho preso uno spaghetto al ragù, molto unto però non male, €7, un rogamo di manzo, €6.5 e uno di maiale, stesso prezzo però entrambi non li ho trovati niente di entusiasmante. Avrei voluto provare gli spaghetti freddi ma non c’erano e provare a farmi capire dal ragazzo è stato difficile perché ad una certa gli ho chiesto se poteva farmi con gli stessi ingredienti un altro pasta ma non riusciva a capirmi e purtroppo il menù già è piccolo, poi mancano alcuni piatti e allora la scelta è molto limitata
