The atmosphere is elegant but never ostentatious. The menu showcases Mediterranean flavors with technique, balance, and great respect for the ingredients. The lobster cappuccino, lobster linguine, and amberjack with anchovy sauce are particularly popular. The desserts are also excellent: the white chocolate casket with cherry mousse is refined, well-balanced, and aesthetically pleasing.
