I'll start with the positive: excellent pizza. The crust is full but soft, well-topped, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The place is crowded, but not overly so. The staff is friendly, but we didn't like the atmosphere. I believe employees should always be reprimanded privately, not in a disrespectful manner in front of customers, which creates an unpleasant working environment. The same goes for comments about customers leaving. Whether the customer in question was wrong or not, he was simply making an observation about what he had just eaten and paid for. The constant flow of people, perhaps just passing through, especially given the touristy location, probably discourages the owner from building customer loyalty, not only because of the undeniable quality of the products offered but also because of the courtesy.

The pizzas were simply excellent. It's a shame that after we'd eaten them, they took the plates away and forgot about us.

I often hear that the pizza here is the best in Bibione, but I don't think it compares to the other pizzas here in Bibione. This pizza is comparable to the famous pizzerias in Naples. Congratulations!
