Masterfully executed traditional Benevento dishes, reinterpreted with Rosario's own personal touch. A large wine cellar with some very interesting bottles. We enjoyed a 1998 Rubrato dei Feudi di San Gregorio, which Rosario had carefully opened that morning to let it air properly in the decanter. Everything was perfect. And what about Rosario? Any comment would be limiting. If you really know him, there's no need for further words. If you don't yet, don't hesitate. Rosario will be part of a pleasant experience you'll always fondly remember!
