Clean atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. My daughter and I had excellent salmon poke. The coffee was very good. We'll be back.

We arrived at 2:40 PM, and even though the kitchen was closing, Vito was helpful and kind, preparing me an excellent poke with rice and salmon (thin, generous slices, I appreciate). In fact, I immediately started eating and searching for the other ingredients (including cherry tomatoes, gherkins, avocado, and mango) before taking the photo you see. P.S.: My friend wasn't particularly fond of the strong coffee and the somewhat narcoleptic waiters. The bathrooms were clean.

13/01/2026: I just read a review in a local guide that can't be true: my experience at Pavè was truly positive, from the service to the location to the excellent products. During the pre-Christmas period, I went for breakfast with my mother, my expectant wife, and my sisters, and I must say I'd been waiting a long time for this moment, because I've been following Pavè on social media for a long time and was confident in the quality of the products and the excellent service, and indeed it was. We sat on the mezzanine for breakfast, and I ordered: a fantastic cream bombole, a leavened cake called "la pistacchio," and I stopped, otherwise I would have tried everything. I also bought a 4-chocolate panettone, which I think is the best modern panettone I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the panettone because I thought of taking them after we'd already finished it. Exceptional in every way, keep up the good work!
