26/06/2025: In a period where everything is standardized, usually downwards, where the term excellence is often overused, you find yourself one day in a small delicatessen with a pretentious title: King Agnolotto. If you call yourself that, expectations are definitely high.
I swear that agnolotti so delicious, delicate and faithful to the traditional taste have perhaps been eaten for many years in traditional trattorias in the Langhe.
Not to be overlooked is the sincere availability and kindness of the two girls who advise you and explain their products with passion.

09/03/2025: Artisanal pasta factory and gastronomy, young and talented kids.
Tajarin with 33 egg yolks, gnocchi, excellent stuffed pasta.
In summer, chicken, rosemary and lemon raviolini not to be missed.
Green and red anchovies, Russian salad with and without tuna, cockerel and red radicchio salad.
Roasts and stews, curries, some vegetarian preparations, vegetables and desserts.
And also a few good bottles of wine.
Excellent prices for simple pasta, good for stuffed pasta and delicatessen, with a very good value for money.
All three were kind and very pleasant.
