06/10/2024: Comment on the review by Francesca Tedeschini. Pizza is an art and art must be respected, especially if it is of quality. A careful and serious business respects the reservations received so as not to lose quality. I'm sorry about your experience, but I can assure you that it is one of the few existing businesses that respects the customer by giving its best so that they come back to enjoy a delicious pizza accompanied by the courtesy of the entire staff. I presume that what happened to you must instead have a positive interpretation in respect of quality, which does not happen in mass pizzerias where they pay more attention to money than to the quality offered. The pizza enjoyed at Blume is an art and as such must be respected.
