The atmosphere was welcoming, the traditional dishes were cooked to perfection, and the ingredients were top-quality: everything was truly delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The staff was kind and attentive, and the bill was a pleasant surprise, definitely fair for the quality.

Limited seating; reservations are recommended, although it's not very popular due to its location off the beaten track. It's on the Colle di Cadibona state road, which is now deserted. A restaurant with a history passed down through generations of women, from great-grandmother to grandmother, mother, and daughter, who have never changed the simplicity and authenticity of their dishes. Very favorable price-quality ratio. Convenient outdoor parking. A must-try.
