Excellent Take Away in the center of Bologna. Waiting time 5 minutes and friendly staff, they also have a few tables outside. Very interesting menu, typical Lebanese dishes with many ingredients but light. Even vegetarians. I got the chicken shawarma and the tabule which were excellent, they gave me a package which was then easy to heat up in the oven at home. Absolutely worth trying!+++

I've been a fan of theirs forever.
Here in via delle Moline they only have outdoor tables.
The restaurant they opened in via de Carracci is even better.

Dopo aver fatto aperitivo in via indipendenza, abbiamo fatto con un amico una passeggiata da queste parti per mangiucchiare ancora qualcosina, ci fermiamo qui. Prendiamo un piatto Shawarma, 18,00 €, con pollo marinato, hummus, mutabal, insalata mista, patate fritte, cetrioli sotto aceto e crema d'aglio, e in aggiunta anche una salsiccia, un falafel e una kebbe, polpetta con carne. Allora il ragazzo in casa è stato molto gentile, posto molto piccolo con 6 posti a sedere dentro e qualcuno fuori, tempi anche brevi però qualità a mio giudizio nella media, nel senso che sia l’hummus che le falafel, che sarebbero dovuti spiccare non mi hanno fatto impazzire, ancor meno il pollo (kebab), preferisco altre carni più saporite.

After having an independent aperitif, we took a walk around here with a friend to nibble on a little more, we stopped here. We take a Shawarma plate, €18.00, with marinated chicken, hummus, mutabal, mixed salad, fried potatoes, pickled cucumbers and garlic cream, and in addition also a sausage, a falafel and a kebbe, a meatball. So the guy in the house was very kind, very small place with 6 seats inside and someone outside, even short times but quality in my opinion average, in the sense that both the hummus and the falafel, which should have stood out, didn't drive me crazy, even less the chicken (kebab), I prefer other tastier meats.

Nice staff, very tasty falafel, the bread was still warm. Everything worked out for us. We were able to sit outside under a warming lamp.

The atmosphere and service are certainly spartan, but suitable for the type of restaurant.
The food is delicious and plentiful and fully satisfied us.
We will definitely be back to try other flavors too.
