A place that takes care of details at 360 degrees. From the predominantly carnivorous proposal to the service. I ate a packet of Neapolitan ragù that was devastating, with the meat melting in my mouth. Attentive dining room staff who, without having to ask for anything, brought the finished bread and also a new napkin as soon as mine slipped from the table and ended up on the floor. Courtesy and quality. What more could you want?

Informal place that makes meat and territory its strength. Excellent dishes. The meat was very good and the pasta with the sauce in which the meat was cooked was also excellent. The desserts are also good. Its only flaws were the table practically in front of the door (we were in December) which didn't help much to warm up the atmosphere and above all the waitress who seemed to be decidedly annoyed at any question, whether it was what type of wine there was or not, and responded with rather cutting jokes to my colleague. She was jokingly asked if the bitters (2 bitters) were offered (€200 for dinner), the answer was a dry "I don't offer anything". Too bad, maybe it wasn't in the evening. We will return anyway.

I took a Novarese doc. Tasty and very filling. I found the frying in butter a bit heavy. The apple pie, delicious. Dear guests, it's a shame about the continuous draft from the door that opened.

Cena in settimana,locale comunque con un discreto numero di persone,il locale è carino non tanto grande. Il cameriere è stato molto gentile e disponibile,menù vario con ottime milanesi. Il punteggio di 3 è per i prezzi perché è vero che le porzioni sono abbondanti(puoi scegliere 2 tipi di grammatura della milanese)però 32 €(ripeto...nonostante era veramente abbondante)secondo me è eccessivo come il caffè a 2 €. Comunque mi sono trovato bene e tornerei per provare altri piatti

I had already been to HOSTeRIA, but it was a pleasant surprise to be welcomed by Stefano and Riccardo who were able to put us at ease and advise us in the best way. They created a pleasant and familiar atmosphere, as if we were having dinner with old friends. Excellent quality of dishes, good combinations with side dishes and drinks.

20/11/2024: Dopo averne sentito parlare, finalmente oggi siamo riusciti ad andarci ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Abbiamo iniziato con alcuni taglieri misti di affettati con zucchine grigliate, cipolle e insalata russa. Tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale e lingua con salsa verde. Un ottimo pranzo tant’è che vogliamo ritornare a mangiare il bollito misto.
10/11/2024: Ottimo locale ottimo cibo. Piatti della tradizione piemontese ma non solo, in un angolo di paradiso con un panorama mozzafiato dalla vetrata
