A welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and carefully prepared dishes without too much formality. Local cuisine is well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Excellent meats, tasty first courses, and surprising desserts. Fair prices and a relaxed atmosphere. One of those places you'll always want to return to.

Everything was perfect. The portions were overly generous, but everything was excellent! Special thanks to Riccardo, who looked after us all evening with expertise and kindness, and who even helped us give a group of Canadian friends the best advice by explaining the main dishes in English! Truly brilliant!

I returned to the Hosteria after a while, and I must say that both the quality and the atmosphere are still the same as I fondly remembered. I ate one of their summer classics, the "Fassona Surprise," a mountain of homemade #roastbeef on a bed of cherry tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, and arugula—truly delicious. I drank an excellent Poretti 6luppoli beer and relaxed in the very comfortable atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone who loves good meat and delicious dishes.

I was there last night with my friend, she had already been there twice, nice place, unfortunately last night everything didn't go well, waiter very unprepared, we ordered the Swiss Novara, good and huge, then when it was time to order the wine an argument broke out with the waiter, who since he didn't know how to handle it should have called the owner but he didn't and I don't think he even reported it, anyway we would have liked a bottle of prosecco because I can't digest red, first of all he didn't know if they had any, went to check they weren't there, the reason was because it was the weekend, well okay he offers us by the glass I tell him please it's not that wine on tap that you don't even know what's in it, answer no ma'am we don't do these things, result two glasses of unspeakable wine..... Sorry it doesn't work like that!!!! I definitely won't go back!!!!

Always a pleasure to eat here. Excellent and quite unique products. Always recommended.
