Beer prices will upset you a little bit. But owner of the place and two very lovely waiter made our days when we were in this town. We loved every second we spend in here. We really appreciate for everything. Grazie for everything. ❤️

Excellent experience: ambiance, service, and food. The French fries (:-) ) were made just like they used to be, the beer was cold and well-tasted. The "Catch a Pepp" sandwich was memorable. Fair prices and professional, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Succulent chicken bandidos, excellent cold cuts, fries with mouth-watering carbonara cream, fries with ditto melted cheese, super-fresh club sandwiches... not enough room for dessert. One final note: for a beer house, the red wine by the glass was excellent, and the glass itself was of unexpected quality. Exceptional service. Kudos, guys.

A bit of a wait for our dish, but the staff was attentive and kind despite the cover charge being only €1.00, an excellent price compared to other pubs: we had the meat with baked potatoes, in my opinion too much onion in the potatoes but in the end it was all pleasant!

Very friendly service, but the prices are a bit high for the average. I appreciated the vegetarian option on the menu. The sandwiches were good, but a bit too greasy, and we had trouble digesting them afterwards. The crispy onion fries had an unpleasant smell.

07/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place almost by accident... we were looking for somewhere near the B&B we'd booked in Benevento and close to the sights. We found the place using maps, looked at reviews, and social media profiles... and so we went in. Even though we hadn't booked, and the place was full, they set up a table for us right away... the courtesy and attention were exceptional. The food and cocktails were delicious, and we were treated to a complimentary glass of "Strega" at the end. If you happen to be passing through or staying in Benevento, Il Gnostro is highly recommended.

OllivanderS - Beneventum Public House

03/11/2025: A quaint place for Harry Potter lovers. There are several rooms where you can dine, and the shift system is excellent, at least on weekends (when I went). Minimal wait times, and waiters are always available for anything. Quality and truly tasty food, fair and affordable prices.
20/10/2025: A pub worth visiting... Besides the Harry Potter-style location, the food is excellent... the bread, bun, very soft... Good selection of beers...
