I come from Tuscany and I was completely shocked by the "Carbocrema Beerbante" for me it was an absolute revelation, try it if you can. It is a bucatini omelette with egg, pecorino cream and guanciale. EXTRAORDINARY. A bit of everything actually was, the guys, all very young and happy to be there even though they were at work, made me feel at home. In general in Tuscany we are not used to such large portions and fairly honest prices, I also had a plate of BBQ Ribs, and I'll post the photo that speaks for itself. More than a plate! It's a boat! The service was also very fast and the guys despite being easy-going were really very attentive to every need, thank you so much! I'm attaching photos because they deserve it.

If you love beer and good food this is the place for you. The choice of beer is huge. You can find every kind of craftsmanship here. Excellent food. It's a shame for the small place but it makes up for it in full with the large external veranda. There might be a few more euros on the bill but you pay for quality.
